HUMUS EDAMAME
Ingredients:
· 300 g edamame beans · 2 tbsp tahini · 3 tbsp olive oil · Salt & pepper to taste · Pinch of cumin · Garlic (powder) · Lemongrass (optional) · Water

Directions
· Mix all ingredients together in a blender · Add ingredients to taste · Add water to achieve desired consistency

HUMUS SUNDRIED TOMATO
Ingrediënten:
· 2 cans of chickpeas · 10 sundried tomatoes · 3 tbsp olive oil · 3 tbsp tahin · 3 tbsp lemon juice · Salt & pepper to taste · Pinch of ‘piment d’Espelette’ · Pinch of cumin · Aquafaba (liquid from chickpeas can) · Hemp seeds, thyme and extra olive oil |
Directions :
· Drain the can of chickpeas and preserve the liquid in a bowl · Mix all ingredients together in a blender, except the aquafaba and hemp seeds, thyme and extra olive oil · Add aquafaba to achieve desired consistency · Add hemp seeds, thyme and olive oil on top and serve · |
