Mango spinach smoothiebowl
Needed. (for 1 bowl)
– 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
– 125 gr frozen mangosteen pieces
– 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
– 2 tbsp Campina Kefir natural
– 1/2 lime, the juice
– 1 dash of water or milk

Toppings:

– A few slices of fresh mango
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp coconut flakes

How to:

– Put the pieces of banana and the pieces of mango in the blender
– Add spinach, kefir and lime juice
– Pour in a splash of water or milk (to blend better)
– Blend until smooth and thick
– Spoon the mixture into a bowl
