Beauty blog with Maxime Hazebroek

New week, new beauty blog. This week’s issue features Maxime Hazebroek a junior rider and fashionista who divides her time between studying, showjumping and running the beautiful facilities of Azelhof Horse Events together with her parents and brother.

We loved to hear some make-up tips from Maxime!

Do you have a special make-up routine?

On normal days, I start my make-up routine with some foundation. I use fit-me foundation from Maybelline. It makes my face look very smooth yet natural. Furthermore, I’m obsessed with the concealer from Rimmel to hide any dark circles or spots. I highly recommend this one. To finish my look, I use the Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara. It makes my lashes look bold and longer.

Such nice long hair, how do you keep it glossy wearing a helmet most of the time?

Well I must admit my hair is quite stubborn but since I’ve been using Keratin smooth shampoo and conditioner that totally changed. My hair is no longer frizzy, and it stays healthy. I really love long hair and before it was really hard to let them grow as I had split ends all the time. Now with the shampoo, I have great volume and lengths. Even the ends are healthy.

Riders often face harsh weather conditions; how do you keep your skin healthy?

At night, I always cleanse my skin with Micellar water from Garnier and give it a little scrub to avoid impurities. Now and then I also treat my skin to a good mask. My favorites are: Honey mask and Volcano mask, both from Garnier.

Show make-up vs. Going out make-up

Well that’s an easy one. Whenever I go to the show I only do the basics polska-ed.com. A drop of concealer and some mascara will do the trick. I don’t find make-up very practical when working out or showing. When I go out, I take my time to complete my make-up routine. It can be a bit more for the occasion.
